Quick Start Guide

Add a Manager

    1. Click the “Managers” tab in the top navigation bar
    2. Click the “+” icon in the upper right hand side of the screen
    3. Enter a unique email address for each Manager, one per line and click “continue”
    4. A unique invitation link to join the organization will be emailed to each Manager.
      NOTE: invitation emails may end up in Spam folders

    5. After clicking the link (or copying and pasting into a browser), the Manager is prompted to create their account by entering the following:
      • Username (this can be their email address, but does not have to be) ○
      • Password
      • Email
    6. After entering the above information, click “submit”
    7. On the next screen, the Manager is prompted to add the following required information:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Cell Phone Number
      • Time Zone
    8. After entering the above information, click “Save Profile”
    9. The Manager’s profile is now active and able to be viewed under the “Managers” tab in the top navigation bar

Add a Monitored User

    1. Click the “Monitored Users” tab in the top navigation bar
    2. Click the “+” icon in the upper right hand side of the screen
    3. Enter a unique email address for each Monitored User, one per line and click “continue”
    4. A unique invitation to join the organization will be emailed to each Monitored User. The email will contain a link to both the Android and the iOS version of the BACtrack View Enterprise App and a case sensitive invite code.
      NOTE: invitation emails may end up in Spam folders

    5. Monitored Users should download the App for their Operating System
    6. Upon opening the App for the first time, the Monitored User is prompted to enter the case sensitive invite code
      from their email.
    7. Once a Monitored User has completed their profile in the BACtrack View Enterprise App, their profile must be activated in the portal.
    8. Click “Monitored Users” tab from the top navigation bar and on the left side of the screen, select “Inactive” from the dropdown menu
    9. Click on the name of inactive Monitored User to add additional details and activate their profile.
    10. Fill out the user information for the Monitored User and click “Save”. The Monitored User should now show
      under “Active”

Set a Schedule

  1. Click the “Monitored Users” tab in the top navigation bar and then click on a User’s name
  2. On the ride side of the window, click the “Edit” icon to access the User’s schedule
  3. Click on any date in the future to add a testing schedule. Tests can be:
    • One Time
    • Recurring
    • Random

  4. To edit or delete a scheduled test, click on the test time from the calendar
  5. You can also always request an On Demand test by clicking the “Request a BAC Test Right Now” button
